The Porto and North Convention & Visitors Bureau, in partnership with the Porto Municipality, announces support for the participation of regional businesses in the Business Delegation at the Annual Congress of the Great Wine Capitals, which will take place from October 20 to 24, 2024, in Verona, Italy.

This event represents a unique opportunity for the exchange of knowledge and best practices, essential for the development of wine tourism in the region.

Selected companies will gain access to an international community, which can foster learning opportunities, business, and partnerships. The support will be granted to entities in the wine tourism sector from the Porto, Douro, and Vinho Verde regions that meet the requirements of being legally established, with regularized tax and social security status, and without any outstanding obligations to the Porto Municipality and/or the Porto and North Convention & Visitors Bureau.

The Porto and North Convention & Visitors Bureau will make a total of €20,000 available to support the participation of invited companies, covering up to €2,000 per company for registration, transportation, and accommodation expenses. Applications must be submitted electronically to the email address compras@portocvb.com by September 17, 2024, accompanied by supporting documentation.
